Today, I’m feeling a bit tired, but excited to workout. Here’s today’s workout.

  • 2 mile run/walk (25:49)
  • 20 push-ups
  • 20 front kicks with each leg
  • 20 push-ups
  • 20 side kicks with each leg
  • 20 push-ups
  • 20 round kicks with each leg
  • 20 push-ups
  • 20 hook kicks with each leg
  • 20 push-ups
  • 20 crescent kicks with each leg
  • Songahm 1-5 one time each
    • Training elements

      • Starting Position
      • Direction
      • Rotation
      • Ending Position
  • 15 minutes of stretching
    • Daily Dozen 1-5
  • 20 minutes in quiet reflection

Personal accountability moment – With the Thanksgiving and Christmas breaks, I didn’t hold myself accountable for maintaining my cardio, and boy, does it show up. Time to kick myself in the butt and get it back.
