Today is a learning day. I spent a lot of time lately pondering, thinking, watching, researching and learning. Not sure how to apply things I’ve learned of late, but I’m sure it will sort itself out soon. Weird last couple days, but was able to put some things aside and get in some good workouts.

- All color belt forms
- 50 pushups
- 100 round kicks each leg
- 50 pushups
- Current form 5x
- 10 min stretching
